So based on Stain's view of our situation, the judge's incompetence cost EDIG over half of its market cap in one day(at least temporarily) and caused the whole process to slow down and take much longer to finalize. Is there anyone that is ultimately responsible for this mess? After reading Stain's posts, this seems like a combination of lack of knowlege and possibly getting back at DM for the Phillips comments. How can she say the defendant says X, the plaintiff says Y, but I believe they really should be talking about Z? Maybe she is about ready to retire and doesn't really care. Who loses in the end--EDIG and its shareholders.
