At the time Texas was reporting being backlogged/logjammed and RP stated they felt the move to CO would expedite their litigation.

Soon after that decision, Texas opened back up and the CO timeframed proved to be about as long as EDIG's first Texas dealing. It all looks like the game takes just under 2 years to conclude and settle.

I hope round 3 has 50 or more companies named.
