I was using the most RECENT net settlement for my calculation on that Guesstimate projection.

I expect DM to pursue all infringing bodies for EDIG and so far they have a good track record for achieving settlement, in light of the disappointing Markman ruling.

Until we get more clarity on how this un-decision Markman/reexam thing plays out, it appears the $500K net/settlement is the only figure we have to go by, until more recent numbers become available. That should become apparent by mid November when the next 10Q is released.

BTW, anyone buying a penny stock likes pie, don't kid yourself.
