It all depends on how many companies DM names in the next round.

To date they have named about 25, leaving about 150.

The last settlements netted about $500 K/per, so I used those numbers. That could change given the rexam and next round of strategy.

Who knows, maybe they will name 100 companies in this next round. They increased from 7 in the first round to 19 initially in the 2nd round.

Round 3 likely will increase....especially if DM thinks the worst case scenarios are worth $500K a pop.

And, if they approach this from another angle in another venue, who knows if it could go higher.

And for those legal minds, is it possible to get two venues running simultaneously?
