On the conf call, they said the encryption patent remained pending and they responded to an office action in Oct-2010...Nunally handled this.
7 patents were filed with 4 left to be filed.
At the SHM they said 6 of the 7 were Nunchi, giving the impression based on the wording, there is a base NUNCHI patent filing then 5 add ons to date.
The way the slide is worded, appears the other 4 are not related, but that's a conclusion we cannot make with certainty.
The other thing about this slide, is it in order or not?
If it's in order, Round III will not happen until after the re-exams.
