Tony,

It's apparent that he literally has nothing better to do. A non-investor spending his free time to "sew discord" as you wrote. Now he's actually trying to negotiate his stepping down as HL. LOL. Why would a non-investor care? I can only think of a couple of answers...and neither are flattering.
