Hey guys,

Sorry I coach soccer for 3 hours every night so I was out for a while. I know you all still feel like "Again we wait." I know that as I was sitting in the meeting I had different feelings from former meetings where I pretty much drank the Kool Aid. I was trying to be very critical of the whole procedure, and was prepared to ask tough questions, even though my wife said not to :0) Also, big props to Joe for trying to address the 20 questions from the board with Fred, but basically Fred shut him down.

Now, had I not seen the Nunchi thing with my own eyes I would still be critical as well. But watching it actually unfold on the screen in front of me, and listening to and watching the facial expressions on Dr. Nunallys face, I got the feeling that they looked like the Cat that ate the Canary. I know nobody wants to hear that it will still take longer, but unfortunately because of the economy like Fred said "People don't just show up and sign on the dotted line anymore." They also mentioned that everyone they show Nunchi to, is warned up front that patents have been filed, and will be protected. I liked the way they presented that information, and as I said before I think they know they have a game changer, it is just going to take the right partner or partners to see it through.

Sunpoop was very hard nosed with Fred, but he just would not budge. Now I got the feeling that Fred has been burned so many times that he is just unwilling to go there. I also got the feeling that Cocumelli wanted to say a whole lot, and he was trying hard to restrain himself. If memory serves me correctly there were two SEC representatives in the room monitoring the meeting. Also a feeling that I got from watching the management team together, and it's just a feeling, but I sincerely believe they already have someone interested in Nunchi and may even be trialing it. Only time will tell if I'm right or not.

Also, after hearing the explanation of what their strategy was for the Markman hearing and the patent re-exam, I don't like what happened but I understand it better, and I believe they will prevail.
