The way I see it....e.Digital started with a target in mind.....group A are firm considerations of their target where in that consideration e.Digital is prepared to stipulate to non-infringement of the asserted claims of the ‘774 Patent without further discovery.....or move forward.

As for B additional discovery from those Defendants is necessary for the same consideration.

E.Digital is after the analog effects of 774, "although e.Digital disputes the Court’s construction," for the digital considerations of 774.
