PACER doesn't reveal whether HTC paid a licensing fee so we'll need to see if EDIG issues a PR. Would be a good question for someone to ask at the ASM tomorrow.

From memory, I don't believe any past PACER has indicated whether a licensing fee was paid. That information isn't relevant or needed by the court...just that the parties want to jointly file a motion to dismiss is all the court cares about.
