Due to confidentiality and our on going litigation efforts we cannot comment at this time....

I am hoping for some type of positive developments tomorrow....Maybe the start up of the new Innovations website??? Or is that just more carrot dangling to shareholders. The company I work for had a coming soon website page...19 months later, up and running...

We all know where we stand at this time...If the ASM only verifies where we stand with no new information, what is the point...I'm sure they will not comment on any litigation issues..

We all appreciate the efforts of all who attend the meeting...It will show management that we are here and support the company...
