There have always been questions that cannot be answered, or subjects they cannot discuss, be it a 1 on 1 visit with RP or FF, a phone call, an email...why would a SHM be any different? You are right bpjets, as others have commented here, some things have to remain close to the vest. Is this "lack of transparency" or just smart business, doing what the SEC attorney, patent re-exam attorneys, and DM's attorneys instruct the employees/BOD and anyone else such as PN who have signed a confidentiality agreement? Lack of transparency is an entirely different issue in my view, that does not fall into the category having "duct taped lips."

I saw Fred last Wed, and he is frustrated with some of the emails he gets, did not mention a subject matter, just that when he replies "refer to the Q page XX, I cannot comment further," now and then he gets a reply that is not pleasant. I told him people are frustrated, we sit at 4 cents, emotions are involved, so you are just have deal it the best you can.

Now, I have never been to a SHM where something of value is not presented...applause..way to go Fred...LOL.
