There are 350 mln authorized as of 9-17-08 when the additional 50 mln vote passed officially at the SHM that day.

Shares outstanding as of fiscal year end report 6-21-11 is 293,003,158.

Last record I got from RP the float is about 278 mln or a little less...I don't remember.
