Judge Krieger ruled on only the analog part and construed 774 more narrowly than EDIG had proposed.
e.Digital wants the digital consideration as well....that is the short coming. e.Digital utilizes digital management in managing digital files and analog files. One of those digital management issues is the bad cell marking considerations of 737 in managing storage memory problems, another is managing data stored on the memory with editing features....etc. The same principles are involved.
e.Digital has taken the digital concept and has implemented over analog files.....and can manage as they wish with them.....with that, it does the same for digital files. This is not a typical analog contiguous issue...
contiguous and non contiguous issues in a platform that is totally portable to most any higher level OS.
