Are the defendants required to meet this deadline? I have not seen a Pacer instructing them per DM's response. Is this the 30 days you are making reference to?

30 days is Sat 8/27 so I am thinking Mon 8/29.

Do you read into this DM & defense have agreed to this timeline?
