I thought that Nunally made it perfectly clear that the EDIG Innovations Group had absolutely nothing to do with DM or the FlashR efforts.

Fred has already referenced a conference call with Nunally sometime after the shareholders meeting, and with cash on hand, why would Nunally walk away when he can continue pursuing this "exciting" new venture with a "very bright future" ?

The infringers remain at risk even with a more narrow interpretation of the 774. Their legal fees continue to mount and the decision can be overturned at the next level, which would serve EDIG well.

IMO they remain motivated to settle. For how much is another question.
