I also consider the comments of its lack of intellect on the subject matter, and its dis-positive comments relating to, " How can a judge have five months to rule on two aspects and then "rule" on only one part of one part?", as you put it, .....to be unprofessional.

If one is not clear of my above consideration:

I do not consider the court to have a lack of intellect on the subject matter....on the contrary....they are fully aware as I have noted in past posts.

I consider its comments of having a lack of intellect on the subject matter to be unprofessional.
