The court is more on top of this than you give credit.

For the issue it weighed in on.... "ambiguity" was not a factor.

However, for that(digital issues) with far less "ambiguity"....it ignored .....lol

ambiguity is not a problem for the court, plaintiff, defendants, or the USPTO officer that issued the patent.
