In my mind an opinion is like a decision, if it took her 4 plus months to come with that opinion I think it is like a decision, unless she came up with her opinion within 2 weeks of the MH and said this is the courts opinion at this time but with extra research the court might or will modify its opinion based on our in house research team. JMO

Doni and sman I think if the court staff will read your posts they will be the top notch IP specialists.
