I agree with you that they are included but what a disappointment in the amounts if they are. Those were two major companies and pre MH ruling. Looking at the positive, at least the lights stay on. Since the BOD have a lot less to do, they should take a haircut on their compensation.

I noticed that they reduced costs so I am hoping that it is not the result of nunchi failing.
