I haven't followed the board for a month due to a surgery and recovery.

Really would appreciate if someone would recap the last month's important dialog concerning the current patent litigation, DMs position, the courts comments, etc.

Are we still hoping for a positive resolution? Do we see settlements forthcoming or do we expect to go to trial?

I have no idea where we stand compared to before the judge made a negative ruling about the patent validation.
