So you're saying an appeal of her MH hearing decision can be made prior to an actual completion of the case?

Who would the appeal be made to? ie; do they appeal to the judge herself or do they appeal to a superior court?

And once again a superior court would consider an appeal on a decision prior to the case actually ending?
