Black labs rule..... I think PN made it pretty clear that it is common knowledge that Flash must ulitize RAM anyone with any teck knowledge is aware of this. It's like a patent on a tire that doesn't mention air is needed to make it work properly. I think the problem we hit was the judge's lack of tech knowledge. At least I hope that's the case
