Dear Fred,

Will there be a live webcast of this years shareholder meeting for us shareholders unable to attend? Also, is Duane Morris Law Firm currently our legal counsel?

Dear Jeff,

As with our last two or three annual meetings, we will not be doing a webcast. However, Pat Nunally and I are considering doing a general update webcast/podcast shortly after the annual meeting.
