NO F...ING WAY......One of two things happened, 1. Wencor found out that IMS is a piece of crap and backed out because IMS was unable to produce.....#2. IMS wanted control and found out it was NOT going to get it with the ``control freak`` Brent Woods.

As far as the upcoming conference....I don`t have any inside info on this but from my conversations with FF and RP there is no way EDig is very fond of IMS and only wished to ``perhaps```` license IMS`s TDL. I would be very surprised and in fact will completely discount any idea of EDig being in IMS`s booth...
