I will offer an opinion on this reply from Fred, again paraphrased by me.

Guessing, and a total guess, the company may be expecting some sort of news, separate from the IP front, that will become public knowledge prior to the 9/1 meeting, or maybe announced that day then followed up by a PR as required by the SEC...previously commented on in different words per my posts.

So, if my crystal ball is accurate, which it has not been for a long time mind you (lol), why even host the SHM, which I have already stated....sorry for the repeat, but that is how my mind works...oops...lol.
