I emailed Fred also about the Webcast part.

Why would Fred say he is unable to comment further than the 8-K on June 29th under instructions from counsel if he did not have counsel?

Nothing personal, but I don't understand why so many keep wondering if DM took the high road. That would be a material event requiring an 8-K...no?
