It's not our problem, it's a juries problem...

The judge is going to have to explain or teach the jury the meaning of the highlight...as it relates to each of the three issues outlined.....

under the context of this phrase:

"a flash memory module which operates as sole memory of the received processed sound electrical signals"

There is no one on this board, never mind a jury, that can read that phrase and have the related modified meanings of the court for that phrase stay resilient in their minds.

That phrase is the original phrase of the patent and the court has adopted it....

Is that bad?
