Reading your last thread response I begin to wonder... Maybe going to trial in Edigs claim definition state is the way to go? The problem that occurs to me that at least in its current state of definition DM has room for manevurering/quibbling. How much worse could JK goof this up for Edig? By all accounts she has been given good testimony and information until now. If this is what Edig gets from her with good information... why give her more? Isn't that the proverbial fuel to the fire?
