Here is a thought. If the un-decision was anything that serious, why has not there been defendants falling all over each other and filing Motions for Summary Judgments?

The stock was trading in 8.5-9.5 Cent range before the blunder. It has lost 50% of its value...

The only thing not positive about this stock at these prices is if we get a filing by DM withdrawing as counsel of record...

I say NO CHANCE OF THAT...
