This Ruling has put the Brakes on moving forward for now with other infringers to settle . More delays that did not have to go this way. E-digital market cap was shaved off by almost 2/3. This confusion by the judge should have been handled differrently than to have the share price take a slam. Hmmm wonder how may plaintiffs will avoid this judge down the road. Anyone know if there was a trial date already scheduled?
