The 3/14 webcast does not qualify at all...it was to "bridge the gap and update us" until the scheduled SHM "this Summer."

Far as I know, as long as they do a proxy vote to re-elect directors and remain fully reporting, they can skip the SHM as they have done before.

I get the feeling, strictly an opinion, if developments do not happen pretty soon, they may push it to the Fall.

Why face this "mob" with little to say?
