I can understand the concern and the reason others were not. Everyone draws their own conclusion, or maybe better said, assumptions.

I had made a plan to visit Fred after the ruling. I was to make an appointment for a brief chat. When I read doc 395, waited a few days then emailed that he had better things to do for 30 days preparing a response and working with DM/Norris/Nunally than to be spending time with me etc.

So to me, his response is very clear as to what is going on.
