so let us get this straight, DM is restricting the CEO of our company who just got a big pay raise to say nothing. He can't say we are evaluating our situation . He can't say the status of Nunchi or is that being moved to another company in case of a a cross complaint(lawsuit)..after all by now it should be patent /trademark pending. The lack of a company respond is dumb ...just look at the Kodak case which was shot down, their CEO at least issued a statement to the shareholders. then again isn't DM working for the company ie the shareholder. Seems to me that since the beginning DM and Woody and the BOD are making money while the share price has gone down. Just an after thought. It is now July and the shareholder meeting should be announced shortly so people can attend??
