After all the breaking down and trying to objectively look at the courts opinion...
I'm staying firm of my digital vs. analog messages, because of the foot note and the lack of "digital" in any of the opinion... other than a form of subjective codec/DSP....issue.
This is a published digital patent not an analog patent .
