Mr. Falk, I want you to know I don't blame you for the adverse ruling re: markman hearing. I don't blame you because we fell from 8 cents to 4 cents in one day. You did not cause these factors and you suffer share price setbacks just as the rest of us have. What I will blame you for is the continuing silence from e.Digital that leaves us drifting around in a depressed and depreciating state. Fred, if I may be a little more personal since I have been invested for 11 years and feel a part of the edig family, we need to hear from you sooner rather than later. You don't have to tell us "who shot John?" But you do need to tell us that we have bullets and that we intend to shoot at something. I can't believe that DM has not made a decision to continue or drop off the case at this point. Just knowing that they are still in the fight will go a long way to stabilizing our share price and restoring some investor confidence. We probably won't be attracting a lot of new investment right now, but at least we won't be losing so many of the ones we have.
