He is forbiden to log on to message boards from any connection source as instructed by legal counsel. Not an opinion, a factural statement he has made including RP to my face during visits in the last 3 years.

When these "guidelines" began I do not know, but when mentioning Agoracom in a 2008 visit this is what I was told.
