To those versed in legal matters:

What about the possibility of closing this case quickly (dismissal/MSJ, whatever), and then immediately filing an appeal on MK's ruling? In essence saying, "OK, that's your decision, we don't agree with it and we never will. So let's wrap this up ASAP and we'll throw it to the Appeals Court, where this case would likely be going anyway given this ruling."
