Yesterday evening SS posted the pacer on the Markman ruling. Apparently the judge gave a partial ruling on one patent, far from a rousing endorsement for the defense but it seemed to lean in their direction. She then gave both sides 30 days to evaluate and come to terms, is my guess.

The market opened with heavy market sell orders, a knee jerk reaction to that post of the Markman. No other rulings have been issued on the other patent positions.

There is no news otherwise and no statement yet from the company.

The high volume/surge certainly will raise some eyebrows. I suspect bottom feeders will and are entering with the hopes settlement action continues and/or EDIG goes to a trial by jury.
