Buy when there is blood in the streets is how the saying goes. Certainly takes guts, but remember, there was nothing fnal about the judge's ruling and it left quite a bit of latitude.

The purpose, imo, was to push the parties toward settlement. Hence the vagueness on one patent ruling that leaned towards the defendants. All, imo.
