Once again, no lawyer here, but it would seem to me that there are enough still unanswered questions that such a request would be denied. Although this ruling is bad for EDIG it does't, as of yet, seem a fatal blow. Not that I am predicting we will prevail, but I cannot imagine DM not having a strong response to this development.
