I have to disagree that Doc 395, "Opinion and Order Regarding Claim Construction", is not a ruling. The judge issued a claim construction on the phrase, "a flash memory module which operates as sole memory of the received processed sound electrical signals". That was the only claim she construed however, choosing to not rule on the other 7 claims. She has now given 30 days for the parties to figure out the way ahead.
No new PACERs this morning.
FWIW, I still have all of my shares as well.
