Was DM involved in the Phillips case?? I don't recall. I do know DM was wise to go into Judge K's courtroom because of Judge K's involvment in the Phillips case.

It's typical EDIG to get a non-straight forward ruling. Without a strong and intelligent response tomorrow before the open, I may be wish wishing you the best of luck in the future right now.

How bad will the bloodshed be tomorrow? Our ledge is only 8 pennies high. Death by papercut?
