I would guess the infringers are bolstered by this ruling but certainly not out of the woods by any means should DM push this to a trial by jury. They still face their court costs, time and the risk of a jury siding with EDIG.

As previously stated, some claim constructions are designed to push the parties closer to settlement.

I will let DM burn the midnight oil on this.
