After Markman, before ruling, pay us XX

If the Markman Hearing were an actual Trial, what we're seeing now might be the equivalent of the court house steps... except no one should know for certain when the ruling will be made, only that it's getting close.

Which is why I wonder if somehow they DO know? What if the ruling had come down a month ago? Why didn't they settle a month ago? All of this seemingly endless waiting, and then all of the sudden this... Pentax followed closely by Panasonic. Hmmmm.
