I agree with what you are saying, and I trust that DM is on top of all this, but when does it become time to just say NO, we'll wait for the Markman decision? We have let a number of them off the hook so far and they all seem to not want the exposure. Maybe this is the round two strategy, be undefeated going into round three with the real big boys and then play hardball for the big bucks? Question: Whose decision is it to keep settling or start going for the jugular?
