When large companies announce huge settlements that effect materially their market price and to some extent their viability. It is really unconsionable to see how edig handles the same issues. I seriously doubt that the defedant in this case cared about announcing the outcome of the settlement. This was the most cryptic statement coming from Fred in a long time.
