After more thought, I don't think we received any money from Summit. I think both parties just walked away from each other and here’s why:

·EDIG filed a motion for Summit's dismissal without prejudice meaning we could re-file against them in the future if we wanted to.

·We haven’t seen a PR announcing any settlement with Summit.

Conversely, EDIG filed a motion yesterday for Pentax’s dismissal with prejudice and there has been a PR announcing a one-time licensing fee was paid.

No big loss IMO….considering we only received $200K from TEAC, I wouldn’t have expected more than that from Summit. In fact, probably less.
