On 3-24-11 Fred replied via email to a question of mine re: patent pending that has been such for many years:

"The only other patent that's still pending is the one I mentioned in the webcast that we filed the RCE on (SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURELY TRANSMITTING DATA TO A MULTIMEDIA DEVICE)."
