DM! They are not in this on a contingency basis for $.2M settlements. I wouldn't want to disparage the whole profession, but I have a feeling lawyers are almost as greedy as I am. So, perhaps they see the potential of some majorly humongous paydays in the near future. That's one big factor to consider.

Another factor is the Polis family. They have more invested in this stock than anybody. They see the PPS at $.083 too. They also have seen the PPS sliding down over the years, just like we have. If there was no potential here they could have easily sold out, taken their loss, and moved on. They are still here.

The objective market is doing what it does...playing on the big boards. Not so much the penny stocks. To get their attention, you have to hit them in the head with a 2x4 of news. The Markman may not do it, but someday (DM is betting on it) a settlement will smack them between the eyes hard enough to shake some money lose and then we're off.

This is a penny stock. If you wanted security you should'a bought GM. :>)
