What would be a HUGE settlement win for EDIG and would not be that big of a deal for a company like NOKIA, which I am sure DM is fully aware. It would also help set the tone for future cases.
They will be utilizing a completely different posture than they did with SAMSUNG, and with the Markman lurking, that is likely. If NOKIA won't deal, then off to court.
